Water and Stain Resistant Fabrics
Ateja Sunproof Olefin Fabric boasts superior durability versus Sunbrella and is especially resistant to abrasion. Although Sunbrella tends to be more water- resistant, Olefin wears less over time, even when frequently exposed to saltwater and chlorinated water. It is also considerably cheaper than Sunbrella. Unless specified we normally price our outdoor furniture utilising Ateja Sunproof Olefin fabric.
All Sunbrella fabrics are engineered to resist mold and mildew. Should exposure to dirt and debris cause mold and mildew to occur, all Sunbrella fabrics can be easily and safely cleaned with bleach. Because color goes to the core of Sunbrella fibers, Sunbrella fabrics can be cleaned with solvents such as bleach without losing color.Traditional dyeing processes only leave color on the surface of fiber, so they easily fade. Sunbrella fibers are saturated to the core with highly UV-stable pigments, making Sunbrella fabrics resistant to fading and the degrading effects of sunlight. This is also an imported fabric to Indonesia and is very expensive due to import tax’s.

Teak Grades
Grade A teak is the highest quality teak wood. Grade A teak can be recognised by a uniform, golden brown colour, close grains and glossy surface that feels oily to touch. It is high in teak natural oils which play the key role in teak outstanding resistance to outdoor elements by protecting it from unfavourable weather elements and repelling insects.
Grade B/C Teak in comparison to grade A teak, has lighter colour, uneven grain and less shine. It contains only traces of teak natural oils and as a result will require protective treatments to extend its life.
